The Community First Management Team
After being a Stay-At-Home-Mom for many years, Jennifer is excited to reenter the work force world with her husband, Brian. Jennifer brings her expertise in organization, time-management, and multi-tasking to a smoothly-run organization. She is enjoying learning new skills and helping where needed.
Jennifer is a Virginia Beach local and split her youth between the beach and the barn. She was a 4-H and Pony Club member and graduated from First Colonial High School. From there, she graduated Cum Laude from ODU with a BA in English and an emphasis in Creative Writing. Her past employment has included time as a Front Desk Manager at an oceanfront motel, an International Multimedia Producer at a local software company, a Homicide Researcher for a TV show produced in Suffolk, and a Pre-School Teacher.
When she’s not at the office or acting as Family Manager for their five children, two dogs, two cats, lizard, rabbit, and snake, Jennifer enjoys reading, gardening, homesteading, and all things Celtic. She is the Chair of the Environmental Committee of their neighborhood Civic League, and is also on the Environmental Committee at their church. She can occasionally be found in the kitchen, where she concocts various vegetable-laden dishes to sneak onto her family’s plates.
Nancy Isphording is a Virginia Beach local who graduated from First Colonial High School in 1981. She has had a 25+ year career in the banking industry, most recently handling the acquisition and sale of REO properties for a local bank. Prior to that she managed bank accounting operations and brings that experience to Community First Management's Accounting Department.
In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her daughter and Pomeranian puppy named Lily.
