The best way to reach us is always via email. If you know the name and email address of your community manager, please email him or her, and they will get back to you just as soon as possible. If you don’t know the email address for your community manager, please email admin@communityfirstmanagement.com (including your name, address, and community name), and your message will be forwarded to the correct person.

If you would like to meet with your manager, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment, so the manager can guarantee their availability. If you don’t have email, a letter or note is also acceptable. Thank you for taking an active role in building your community!

While we all hope that Hurricane Dorian takes a turn out to sea in the coming days, we realize that the reality is most likely quite different and we will see some effects of the storm.  If local or state authorities recommend an evacuation, please heed their advice.  Secure all loose items in your common and limited common areas, balcony, and patios.  If your parking area tends to flood, please consider parking your vehicle at a higher elevation, even if that means parking in a different location.


Please keep in mind that if an evacuation is recommended/ordered, CFM staff will evacuate.  There is also the possibility that our office may lose power and office phone service, like what happened during Hurricane Matthew a few years ago. Our emergency cell phone (757-270-7502) may come back prior to the office line. In the event of an emergency, your first call should be to local emergency services. Once you and your family are safe, if you need to report property damage, please understand that an immediate response may not be possible. Once the area is deemed safe and power is restored to our office, we will issue work orders as quickly as possible.  Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe!
