The best way to reach us is always via email. If you know the name and email address of your community manager, please email him or her, and they will get back to you just as soon as possible. If you don’t know the email address for your community manager, please email admin@communityfirstmanagement.com (including your name, address, and community name), and your message will be forwarded to the correct person.

If you would like to meet with your manager, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment, so the manager can guarantee their availability. If you don’t have email, a letter or note is also acceptable. Thank you for taking an active role in building your community!

CFM is committed to the health and safety of our employees and communities.  During this time of concern regarding COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to avoid exposure:


  • Our office remains closed to the public. We are in the office, so if you need something that can’t be handled via email or phone, please arrange an appointment. As of June 8, 2020, a touchless temperature screen and a properly worn mask will be required for entry to the office during your appointment.  No appointment, no temp. screen, no mask, no entry.
  • We encourage payments to be made online, but if you need to bring by a payment, it can be dropped through the mail slot in our office door. 
  • The decision to hold a Board or Annual Meeting is at the discretion of your Board of Directors.  Should meetings be held in our office, teleconferencing will be available, per the requirements of State Code.
  • As always, the quickest (and now most hygienic) way to reach our staff is via email.  If you don’t know a person’s email address, please email info@communityfirstmanagement.com, and your message will be forwarded to the appropriate person.
